If you're a Graduate looking for a career in recruitment (Resourcer Role) then this could be the opportunity for you Our client is a is a specialist recruitment business, with over 20 years of industry experience, providing staffing solutions for the Construction, Building, Civil Engineering, Shop fitting & Woodwork, Scaffold & Access, Industrial Services, Mechanical & Electrical and related industries.

They are wanting a number of trainee recruiters to join there ever growing team in the heart of Sheffield City Center.

**Responsibilities...**
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines
- requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programme's.
