The role includes the preparation and management of the Lecture List and the Faculty’s room bookings in the St Cross Building for meetings, events and teaching, as well as proving other support for a range of other events throughout the year. The postholder will work closely with the Academic Administrator in regard to the lecture list and other student related matters and will be line managed by the Events Coordinator (who is also the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty).
