**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

**Hourly Rate**: Competitive

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, (40 hpw)
SUMMARY OF THE ROLES
As a Factory Operative, you will join our existing team based in Lockerbie and will assist with the efficient
manufacturing of bespoke, high-quality concrete products. These roles offer fantastic opportunities for
construction industry.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
The key duties and responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to:

- Stripping out freestanding moulds and handling steel reinforcement cages.
- Assembling and cleaning precast moulds.
- Pouring concrete and finishing units to a high standard.
- Cutting and bending reinforcing steel to be used in the production of concrete products.
- Operating power tools and hand tools.
- Working as a team to meet production standards and deadlines.
- Monitoring situations to adjust and maintain quality.
- Undertaking basic maintenance and regular equipment checks within the factories.
- Performing housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and tidy working environment.
- Undertaking any relevant training in line with own personal development needs and business

requirements.
- Complying with the company’s policies & procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
- Assisting with additional duties when required to support the department or company

objectives.
