Job Title: Lettings Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings department and the satisfaction of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with landlords and tenants to manage the letting process from start to finish
- Conducting viewings and negotiating terms of tenancy agreements
- Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
- Managing the tenancy renewal process and negotiating new terms
- Responding to queries from landlords and tenants
- Assisting with property management and maintenance issues
- Achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the lettings department

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within the lettings industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential as you will be put )
