**Your Role**

As a Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to their clients’ success by joining their leadership teams. With their flat organizational structure and partner-to-consultant ratio of 1:4, you’ll experience a collaborative and inclusive work culture that empowers everyone to thrive.

**What you need to be successful in this role**
- 6-10 years of consulting experience
- Attained ‘Manager’ or ‘Senior Manager’ grade at a top-tier consulting firm
- Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong project/programme management and consulting skills
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex ideas
- Exposure to technology-driven projects
- Desire to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from strategy to delivery
- Knowledge of how to leverage technology and digital assets to deliver lasting business change by leading workstreams that follow the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience managing project budgets
- Involvement in end-to-end project lifecycle
- Knowledge of leveraging technology for lasting business change
