We have a number of new opportunities to join our production team in Yew Street, Stockport. We have a fantastic team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for Mailroom Operatives who want to be a part of our journey at this exciting time. These roles are fundamental to assisting our clients to go paperless and enter the world of digital date and records.

As a Mailroom Operator, you will be responsible for sorting and preparing inbound documentation to support the digitisation process. You will be responsible for providing support to scanning operators by preparing the documents for them to be processed for imaging on scanners

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
- Prepare documents for scanning i.e. removal of staples, folds, attachments etc
- Work well as a team to achieve scanning volume targets and all quality standards
- Handling sensitive information daily
- Manoeuvring boxes of documents when required.

Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
