We offer comprehensive training and opportunities to progress within the company.- We are looking for reliable, motivated, and caring individuals who want to support children with complex needs during the day or night in their own home or in the community.- Desired experience and qualities:
- Good communication skills- Good command of spoken and written English- Care experienced or NVQ equivalent is desirable but not essential as paid training provided.- UK driving licence and access to a car.- DBS and references check.- About you:
- To join us as a Care Staff you’ll need to have some experience of caring for children, but not essential as full training will be provided, a can-do approach, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for our clients. In return we'll provide all the training you need to thrive.- Benefits:
- Salary: £11.50 per hour and £12 per hour after 8pm during the week.- £12.50 per hour at weekends- Paid training and travel time.- Mileage paid at 40p per mile.- Flexible working patterns available- Opportunity for career progression- Become part of a great team- Feel valued and supported in your work.
