**Job role**
- Up to 38 hours per week.

**The successful applicant will be expected to**
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Answer the telephones promptly to deal with queries or redirect appropriately
- Register clients, make appointments, process clients on arrival and updating records and clinical data whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Maintain cleanliness of reception & waiting room areas as well as the consultation rooms.
- Stock management, including placing and unpacking orders, stock rotation and correct storage and recording.
- Be able to keep calm under pressure
- Confident to interact with domestic pets and help with basic animalhandling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
