Sous Chef

A pizzeria bar and restaurant is seeking a **Chef de Partie**to assist in the kitchen of this upscale pizzeria with menus featuring pizzas, burgers and homemade artisan ice creams. This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie, workingin a brigade of 6, producing modern European dishes that will showcase the venue and keep it a popular, vibrant restaurant which is based in lovely surroundings. This is a progressive company with excellent career progression.

**Requirements**:
A chef de Partie or a very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in good quality fresh food kitchens is required for this role. It is important that you have a the right attitude and are willing to learn new skills.
