Our client is a leading manufacturer, supplying into major retailers (both online and in the high-street) throughout the UK. Due to expansion and a growing order book they are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to assist in leading their day shift.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Assisting with Managing the different production areas.

Managing up to 40 staff - perm & contract

Ensuring the teams adhere to KPIs - Line Speed, OEE (Equipment effectiveness) & Planned downtime

Assisting with CI Projects - Cost reduction, Man power forecasting/costing etc

Assisting with production audits
