**Salary**:35k-45k + Bonus

**Location**:Weybridge

**My client, a well-established mortgage broker that is part of a wider real estate business are looking to bring on a mortgage broker ideally with experience in buy-to-let mortgage cases. The company has various introducers that provide you with leads,you will also receive admin support.**

The company are experiencing some exciting growth, have multiple offices and it is a great time to come onboard to take advantage of this.

**Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;**
- Convert leads that are provided by the company
- Communicate with other departments so ease the process
- Make sure all work is compliant
- Helping find each customer the right products to suit them

**Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor;**
- You MUST have experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved
- Experience in dealing with Buy-to-Let and HNW mortgages would be ideal
