Are you ready to take the next step in becoming a part of the top table management team, leading a team of 25 engineers, driving production and managing strong culture?

You will be the Senior manager within the business, ensuring customer orders are completed on time and within budget hours and that quality standards and targets are met.
**The Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and within budget hours and that quality standards and targets are met
- Ensure materials are available for a production build slot
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
- Ensure that the business' Whole Vehicle Type Approval process is followed
- Organise the repair of any damaged equipment
- Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for management
