What you will do
- You will regularly patrol the accommodation ensuring our guests are safe and secure and ensure all health and safety requirements are met
- You will be that friendly face at the true Hub providing a warm, friendly service to our guests and taking a decisive and effective approach to handling any questions or concerns they may have
- You are the first response to incidents and emergencies that may arise through the night
- You will handle any complaints or issues our guests may have as they arise, to ensure a speedy resolve
- Communication is key, you will provide a detailed shift handover for the oncoming team
- Team works important, you will assist with public areas and communal spaces are kept immaculate by cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready for the next day
- You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards

- Our true superstar will be friendly, approachable, patient, calm in a crisis and a good listener
- You will have a flexible approach - working night shifts, and weekends is essential to the role
- Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
