**Role responsibilities**

The Porter will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Service Centre Management team in the day to day running of the Service Centre Operation.
- Maintain effective stock control at all times including stock rotation by completing all paperwork and delivery notes are accurately completed and recorded to comply with TfW policies and procedures.
- Hold responsibility for maintenance of damaged trolleys, boilers, and coffee machines by returning to suppliers for repairs to adhere to TfW procedures and guidance.
- Carry out general cleaning duties of the Service Centre area by collaborating with other Station staff to ensure your personal safety and the safety of all TfW passengers.
- Report hazardous issues by being observant of dangers to customers and following the reporting mechanisms to alert station staff and ensure safety to passengers and colleagues.

**Welsh Language Skills**

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills. Bydd y Porthor yn gyfrifol am gefnogi a chynorthwyo tîm Rheoli’r Ganolfan Gwasanaeth i redeg y Ganolfan Gwasanaeth o ddydd i ddydd.
- Rheoli stoc yn effeithiol bob amser, gan gynnwys cylchdroi stoc drwy gwblhau’r holl waith papur a sicrhau bod nodiadau danfon yn cael eu cwblhau a’u cofnodi’n gywir er mwyn cydymffurfio â pholisïau a gweithdrefnau TrC.
- Bod yn gyfrifol am gynnal a chadw trolïau, boeleri a pheiriannau coffi sydd wedi’u difrodi drwy eu dychwelyd at y cyflenwyr i’w hatgyweirio er mwyn dilyn gweithdrefnau a chanllawiau TrC.
- Cyflawni dyletswyddau glanhau cyffredinol yn ardal y Ganolfa
