Production Operative Am

Our client in Bury is looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives for a day shift for positions based out of their manufacturing and distribution site.

**The work will involve**:

- Working on a production line, ensuring food is prepared and packaged correctly
- Handling food including raw meats, veg and other food stuffs and packaging for sale at supermarkets
- Labelling items
- Packing orders and palletizing goods
- Working in chilled environment

**Shifts Available and Pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 06:45-14:45
- **37.5 hours per week after breaks**:

- Occasional overtime available at the weekends
- Temp to perm opportunities after 12 working weeks

**Skills & Experience Needed**:

- Previous packing or food production experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
- Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) licence preferred but not essential

**Salary**: £10.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
