**YOUR ROLE**:

- Responsible for accurate demand plan for Professional Beauty Care UK and IRE, ensuring volume and value forecast are always aligned with Sales
- Ensure deployment of long-term forecast alignment via S&OP and ensure alignment with Global Supply Chain
- Monitor availability and coordinate replenishment with inventory planners
- Coordinate planning of NPI together with Sales & Marketing to assure smooth (re)-launch
- Managing slow movers inventory with Sales & Marketing
- Leading local Demand Alignment Meeting for the overall demand plan
- Ensure DP and LOG team acts in accordance with Henkel procedures from regional and local side whilst contributing to the Henkel strategy
- Steer performance, implement SC Strategy and ensure achievement of all SC KPIs (Service, OTIF, Inventory, Slow movers etc.)
- Further improve the demand planning process with digital and sustainability as key pillars

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 2 years of experience in demand planner / planning role in FMCG environment
- Excellent command on APO DP and familiar with planning routine (product segmentation, statistical models, history cleansing, enriching long term FC)
- Experienced in handling high level of complexity and multiple stakeholders (business and supply chain)
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- General knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/ Power Pivot will be a plus but not absolutely necessary
