We’re excited to bring our vast range of ‘must have’ products to life on screen, 24 hours a day, nationwide.

Located in a very prominent position on SKY and other platforms, our brand new channel will be available to tens of millions of homes nationwide. Utilising some seriously clever, custom-built-technology, we’re bringing Shopping TV into the 21st century this is not your grandma’s shopping TV channel

**This Role**

This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast growth of the organisation.

We’re looking for a Junior Broadcast Copywriter to join our team to write amazing, product focused copy - that converts, turning viewers into buyers.

You’ll be writing scripts for our on-air talent and voiceover talent. From product presentations to promos, your words will be broadcast across the UK, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey and work on one of our highest profile new projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the Head Copywriter, Broadcast Producers and Advertising Compliance Officer to produce customer-facing scripts for use across all broadcast content
- Using preproduced presentation blueprints, you will produce copy to accompany demonstrations being performed on air
- You will write descriptions for all live TV graphics maximising the use of the limited character count available
- You will have sole responsibility for scripting all daily, weekly, and monthly promos/commercials to be broadcast on our dedicated national TV channel
- Produce example scripts for use by our roster of talented TV Hosts

You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:

- Preferably, you’ll have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role - but a love of language and words is far more important to us
- An understanding of powerful copy and why it converts
- Have a very high standard of written English with a solid knowledge of correct grammar
- Are well motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player
- Have meticulous attention to detail and time management skills to allow you to consistently hit tight deadlines
- Happy to take responsibility and get things done
