**The Role**:
- Managing jobs and applicants
- Being creative with your advertising and marketing
- Selling and negotiating
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Closing deals and earning commission
**Requirements**:
- **Ideally B2C or B2B Sales Experience** but any educational or employment background is welcomed - it's all about the work ethic not the background and it’s a trainee role for a reason
