Are you an experienced Motor Claims Handler seeking a new opportunity to work as part of a friendly, experienced and supportive team?
If so, a great opportunity has arisen for a Motor Claims Handler working for a specialist business which prides itself on the outstanding service provided to all clients. You must therefore have great knowledge of the cradle to grave motor claims process along with excellent customer service skills.
THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities for the Motor Claims Handle role include, but are not limited to:

- Handling new inbound motor claims in a swift and efficient manner, ensuring client expectations are managed throughout.
- Investigating and validating circumstances and assessing liability.
- Working in a close and effective manner with insurance companies, third parties and legal professionals.
- Coordinating delivery and collection of hire vehicles, monitoring the hire and repair process.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Proven motor claims handling background or experience working in the accident management industry.
- Great understanding of the cradle to grave claims process and knowledge of credit/fleet hire.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner, able to easily build strong rapport with clients.
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated personality with the ability to think outside the box.
