**Job Type: Part-Time - Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm with 30 min break (Term Time Only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tenant Relations**:
Managing tenant inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Conducting property viewings and facilitating tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention.

**Property Management**:
Overseeing and scheduling property maintenance and repairs.

Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

Coordinating with contractors and service providers.

**Administrative Duties**:
Preparing and managing rental agreements and renewals.

Processing rental payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Communication and Reporting**:
Providing regular updates and reports to landlords regarding property status.

Serving as a liaison between landlords, tenants, and service providers.

Implementing strategies to enhance property performance and value.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in property management, lettings administration, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of the property market and current legislation related to tenancy and property management.
