**The role**

Were currently looking for a temporary administrator to start as soon as possible to support our Managed Print Services customer operations. This is a temporary contract until mid-January 2024 with a possibility for extension.

**Your responsibilities as a Temporary Administrator will be**:

- Management of toner alerts for our customers
- Log engineer calls for customers
- Dealing with general day to day queries from customers
- General administration to support the team

**About you**
- Self-motivation and a dynamic and 'can-do’ attitude
- The ability to work well within a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft, MS Excel and Outlook
- Previous customer service, administration and stock control experience is an advantage
- The ability to work well under pressure and have a flexible approach
- Great organisational skills
