Shift Pattern: Monday, Thursday & Friday 8:30am-4:30pm/ 9am-5pm

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service.
- Provide secretarial support to members of the team utilising a high level of IT skills to produce quality documentation to support the work of the team using the appropriate Microsoft software and adopting the Trust’s corporate standards and style.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Forward thinking and planning effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience (desirable)
- NHS System Knowledge
- Able to minute a busy meeting and touch typing would be desirable
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience._
