We are looking for a Product Engineer for Haul Route Plus, the role is based in Nottingham ideally; however, we can consider other locations.We are looking to pay between £30,000 - £38,000, depending on the experience level.The role is developing, and the company is going through an exciting period of growth, so a great time to join.

About the role: As a part of a rapid expansion, our client is looking for a Product Engineer to install, commission and maintain the fleet of Haul Route Plus systems around the country.

Experience working as a product engineer or senior installer role with the above range of products in the temporary or permanent marketplace would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:
To contribute to the development and innovation of the Haul Route Plus system as part of the long-term technology strategy.

Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and management team playing a crucial part in developing the Haul Route Plus system.

Install the Haul Route Plus system, including testing and commissioning of all sites. Carrying out any routine maintenance activities and repairs as required.

Personal Attributes:
QualificationsEngineering or Scientific qualifications or relevant technical experience.

Experience

A previous role in traffic signal installation or support of products and systems in the portable or permanent traffic control market would be desirable.

Key Skills & Abilities

Very good written and verbal communication skills. Good technical and analytical skills and the ability to create ideas and insight from working with technology. Ability to work to timescales and deadlines with mínimal supervision. Quick learner, to become effective in the role picking up knowledge and skills where needed.

Key Personal Qualities

Very good organisational skills. Able to regularly represent the business in a professional manner. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to both colleagues and clients.

Other Considerations

Travel and overnight stay to meet business needs. Full driving license.
