At Best2care we are looking to recruit Care Assistants who can help promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of the individuals.
Care Assistant - Key Duties:
- Provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing.
- Provide personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
- Accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident’s conditions.
- Supporting our residents to maintain their independence.
- Identifying and assisting with residents’ needs.
- Serving meals.
- Assisting our residents as necessary.
Care Assistant - Requirements:
- A willingness to commit to our shift patterns which are 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. You choose the shift you work on a flexible basis.
- You need to be willing to commit to at least 20 hours a week and be willing to work on at least one weekend a month.
- Previous experience of working in the care sector and will have knowledge or life experience of caring for the elderly is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
- A caring personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form.

Hourly rate:
£10.42 per hour for non-drivers
£13.00 per hour for drivers using the company car
£15.00 per hour for drivers using their own car
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £10.42-£15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
