The team is in need of a medical administrator who has a keen eye for detail and can work with legal and medical professional. This role offers a lot of freedom for personal and professional growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage expert reports and Law firm requests in a timely manner
- Create invoices to Law Firms from incoming medical expert invoices
- Chase via phone appointments, reports and records from expert sources and law firms
- Calling GP and hospitals for medical records and passwords
- Calling Medical and legal experts
- Scanning, filing and post duties
- General office admin
Personal requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an Office Administrator role
- Experience on the phone is essential
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Experience in data input
- GDPR awareness and best practice
- Experience within law/Medical sectors a major plus
- Experience with Proclaim is highly desired but not essential
