You will earn as you learn, because from Day 1 you will receive £22,500 per annum as well as a performance-based bonus of up to £5000.

Whilst working for Stoneacre in Northallerton the Trainee programme is delivered through the Toyota Academy, our outstanding learning & development organisation. The Trainee Customer Consultant programme targets and develops high calibre people like you, who may have recently completed their education and are seeking the first rung of the ladder in a professional automotive career. As a Trainee Customer Consultant, you will be part of a new Toyota initiative which fast tracks you through the 12-week programme and onto the Academy’s development path, leading to a full industry-recognised accreditation and potentially into management.

- Eligible to work in the UK.
- GCSE Maths and English, and at least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification
- IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel.

**What we offer our Trainee Customer Consultant**
- Competitive basic salary and potential additional earnings of £5000 through commission.
- Commission and Salary will be reviewed after 6 months.
- A company car will be available upon completion of your time as a Trainee.
- Preferential rates for servicing / repairs on your family’s cars.
- 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with service.
