We’re looking for experienced Linesperson’s to join our Pelham team, you’ll ideally be within 45 minutes travel of Stocking Pelham, Hertfordshire which is the base location for this role.

We’ll provide you with all the top tech, tools, equipment and PPE to get the job done safely. We can provide you with Job Security, job satisfaction and challenge you with a diverse workload. You’ll be working in a team on a variety of jobs from line repairs, fault investigations and replacing damaged or worn-out assets, either way you’ll need to comfortable working at heights.

We’ll get you up to speed with expert training at our Centre of Excellence at Eakring and other venues which will require you to stay away from home. There’ll also be opportunities to work around the country if you want it, this will come with financial benefits such as generous overnight allowances, accommodation and mobility payments when requested to work away from your base location.

**What are the requirements?**
You’ll have Overhead Line experience and a minimum NVQ Level 3, or a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent experience in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline - You can use a computer and are comfortable working at heights. Full UK Driving License. You can work away as you’ll be required to work away from home contractually for a minimum 2 weeks per year.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- Starting salary £36,995 pa (progressing on completion of training to £39,050 and £41,105) + Seasonal working allowance £1,555 pa + Paid overtime.
