JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 1-2+ Years
LOCATION: Bedford
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
As an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, you will have a proven background across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, in particular freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership schemes, Rights to Buy, transferof equity and lease extensions. You will be reporting to the Head of Department and be responsible for the management of your own busy caseload. This opportunity is being offered on a full-time basis with hybrid working available.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor (or Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer) will be at least 1-2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) and be competent in providing professional legal advice in accordance with the SRA code of conduct. You must havestrong IT skills, be an effective communicator and be able to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets. Good organisational skills are essential to be able to effectively manage and adhere to deadlines.
