We are recruiting for our clinic in **East Finchley, London.**

**What's Required?**
- Dental Reception or healthcare reception experience with the necessary IT skills
- Be well presented and able to communicate clearly with patients and other staff members
- Have a friendly and professional manner
- A good general knowledge of CQC compliance would be considered an advantage
- Must have Hep B vaccination
- An excellent command of English is absolutely essential
- **Ability to work occasional Saturdays**:

- **Flexibility to work between our clinics at East Finchley and Balham in London would also be an advantage**

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the clinic, meeting and greeting people and giving a positive first impression
- Booking numerous appointments and answering patient queries on a daily basis - both in person and over the phone
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls related to patient bookings, patient materials and for management
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Managing and preparing the daily dentist’s rota, adding shifts and communicating with the staff, medical and non-medical
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports, managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Helping with stock control

The salary offered depends on experience, and is from £12 per hour.

**Working hours initially are 9am until 6pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
