Property Viewer / Accompanied Viewer (Zero hours: Saturdays and occasional midweek hours)

**The Role**:
We are looking for a Property Viewer / Accompanied Viewer on a zero hours contract basis.
As a Property Viewer within Howkins & Harrison LLP, our customers' experience starts with YOU You will be the face of our business, meeting prospective buyers of properties at the homes we are marketing, pointing out positive attributes of the home, talking about the local area, schooling, commuting times and answering any other questions.
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, gathering feedback and passing on any relevant information back to your branch colleagues.
**Your Skills**:
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Flexibility
- A professional and presentable appearance
- Previous customer service, sales, or estate agency experience
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
