**Customer Care Assistant Job in Sevenoaks, Kent**:
**Customer Care Assistant job available, for a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Sevenoaks, Kent. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Care Assistant to join their busy customer care team. The role is offering a salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Mileage + Medical + 24 Days Holiday.**

The consultancy offers a multitude of services including project management, building surveying, cost consultancy, design management and Fire Safety. Specialising in residential, affordable housing, major regeneration, new build and remedial projects for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Developers. Made up of 100 employees and 4 offices, they are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of work across London, Southeast and Midlands and The South West.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Record Defects immediately on the Defects Management Database capturing all necessary details
- Liaise with third parties to ensure that defects are remedied
- Maintain records and ensure the Defects Management Database is up to date with progress as well as Client Management Systems
- Pro-actively chase sub-contractors regarding the status of reported defects and required actions where applicable
- Inform all clients in accordance with KPIs the status of all reported defects
- Develop strong working relationships with the field service technicians and sub-contractors
- Liaise with in-house technical teams as appropriate
- Ensure all defects reported at the End of Defects Liability Period are completed and support scheme closures
- Contribute to End of Defects Team management reports with relevant data collection
- Support with securing the end of defect fees
- Support the End of Defects Team in other tasks and activities as appropriate.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Experienced in Customer Care / Defects from a Housing Association, Consultancy, Developer or Contractor background
- Ability to manage high volume tasks and record information accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including contractors
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
