About the Role:
Working for a great Senior Procurement Leader, your new role would be to play a key role in the delivery of procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, financial, and analytically support to the whole procurement team. You will also play a crucial role in the development of procurement procedures and the implementation of new procurement systems and processes across the wider business.

Duties include:

- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their requirements and considerations are effectively incorporated into the ongoing delivery of services from key suppliers. This includes ensuring compliance with the organisation procurement policies and processes.
- Act as a central point of contact for all procurement matters, promptly responding to queries received through the central procurement inbox.
- Manage and process all New Supplier Set Up requests, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about the status of these requests until completion.
- Assist the Head of Procurement in reviewing their supplier on-boarding/vetting requirements and processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and identify and manage key risks associated with the on-boarding process.
- Prepare and distribute relevant procurement reports and dashboards, highlighting key statistics, activities, and deliverables.

MCIPS qualification or working towards being MCIPS qualified would be advantageous but not essential.
