Stock Controller

**_Overall aim of the role:_**

Our Stock Controllers are responsible for managing the day-to-day stock levels and accuracy within the warehouse and spa. Within this position, you will be required to work methodically and independently, using a self-motivated and proactive attitude. Excellent organisational skills are essential as the role will also involve managing and resolving issues with all departments. A thorough understanding of business processes and stock management techniques are required, although full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will need to hold a full driving licence and be available to work a range of shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

**_ What you’ll do:_**

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Replenish key lines of retail stock throughout the day.
- Prepare and coordinate the transfer of stock between the warehouse and Nirvana.
- Ensure that there is sufficient stock readily available within the spa to restock the shelfs when products are sold.
- Manage the company’s stationery supplies by ordering, arranging for its delivery and unpacking and distributing the stock.
- Unpack key retail deliveries and correctly store in the warehouse ensuring stock rotation.
- Weekly stock takes of retail products and professional products.
- Order and maintain the company uniform, liaising with the Department Managers.
- Ordering and receiving retail stock orders.
- Processing voucher purchases.
- Develop a good relationship with the staff members involved in stock control.
- Undertake any reasonable duties delegated by the Treatment Department Manager to assist in other areas of the business.
