360 Excavator Operator

**Job Title: 360 GPS Operator**

**Location**: Waterlooville

**Role Overview**:
As a 360 GPS Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery equipped with GPS technology to support our construction and earthmoving projects. Your expertise and precision will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate execution of site plans and achieving project objectives efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate 360 excavators equipped with GPS technology to perform various earthmoving and excavation tasks.
- Interpret and follow site plans and GPS guidance systems to achieve precise grading and levelling.
- Safely manoeuvre machinery in confined spaces and around obstacles while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating 360 excavators with GPS technology in a construction or earthmoving environment.
- Valid CPCS certification for operating 360 excavators.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: £19.00-£21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dumper: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (preferred)
