**Job Title**: German speaking Travel Co-ordinator

**Location**: Nottingham - Hybrid working (3 days in the office/2 days at home)

**Salary**: £25,000

**Working hours**: Mon - Fri - 9am - 6pm

**The client**

My client is the fastest growing group tour operator in the UK, led by the same family that established the brand over 30 years ago and are boasting a diverse product portfolio.

**The role**

You will be responsible for arranging the travel arrangements and general itinerary fulfilment for school groups travelling to various destinations out of the UK.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Liaise regularly with the group leader from the booking stage until departure
- Calculate timings and make reservations for visits and meals
- Liaise regularly with accommodation centres regarding rooming requirements, meal arrangements and general enquiries.
- Be willing to visit resorts/destinations as and when requested
- Answer the telephone and help with booking enquiries

**Desired requirements**:

- Fluent in German
- Show excellent interpersonal skills, be able to integrate well into a team environment whilst taking responsibility for their own workload
- Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Show an outgoing and confident personality
- Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
