**Internal Sales Advisor**

**Salary - £23k per annum**

**Basford - Nottingham**

The Recruitment Group are working with a well-established business in Basford ( Nottingham ) & they are looking for a friendly, outgoing and organized person to join their busy team

**Main duties and responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor -**
- Answering and responding to incoming calls, assisting customers with general queries and directing them to the right department.
- Raising customer quotes, processing orders and managing backorders.
- Processing leads and submitting deal registrations.
- Provide customers with ETA’s on their orders.
- Processing renewals and managing opportunities
- Post Sales and Vendor Support - Assisting customers with replacement orders, exchanges, and other customer or Jigsaw (miss sold/internal) related errors.
- Keeping up-to-date and building a sound understanding of all products/services the company has to offer.

**Education, skills, knowledge and experience -**
- Two years’ experience in administration or customer service role in a business to business environment.
- Experience in using CRM systems and an ability to learn new systems.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurized environment. And to be able to collaborate between different departments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. MS Office (Outlook, Point)
- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes.
- The ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
