Join us as Head of Data & Analytics
- You’ll be joining us at an exciting time of transformation as RBSI is undergoing a pivotal change in its evolution with technology, and driving organisational priorities of one bank integration, customer journey insights, financial crime, data, and cloud
- This senior role is central to our development, providing key leadership and influence across the bank
- You’ll benefit from considerable stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Chief Digital and Transformation Officer while delivering the strategy and development of MI, data management and analytics across all RBSI franchises

**What you'll do**:
As our Head of Data & Analytics, you’ll lead and evolve the Data & Analytics function for a full-service bank across multiple offshore jurisdictions with multiple regulatory stakeholders. Holding functional accountability for RBSI Data & Analytics as well as Customer Insights, CRM and Cloud COE teams, you’ll provide outstanding customer and competitive insights for ExCo based on our data while continually improving data quality.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Develop, own, and implement the strategy for Data & Analytics, CRM, cloud, and AI for RBSI
- Drive engagement with main bank to identify and contribute to potential opportunities to reuse solutions and tooling
- Champion cultural change in RBSI around increased use of analytics and data literacy as a solution to our most pressing business challenges
- Ensure the approach to data management is proportionate to our risk appetite and delivered in a cost-effective way to minimise business impact
- Outline and implement a clear plan that delivers the vision for data management, covering all functions within RBSI
- Work with RBSI ExCo and direct reports, to help inform, challenge, and execute the RBSI strategic agenda through the insightful and timely use of data

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with well-developed senior leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships. You’ll have experience in data management or systems management architecture, ideally gained in a financial institution.

Along with a proven technical background as well as governance, strategy, and management experience, you’ll have experience and knowledge of data profiling.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- Strategic project development and implementation planning experience
- Proven expertise in data management including industry best practice
- Experience of operating at a strategic level to achieve business goals and influence change
- The ability to translate executive strategies into practical actions
- Experience with designing end-to-end solutions and developing strategies using project management
- The ability to see the bigger picture, understand where activities are inter-related and ensure dependencies are clear and appropriately managed
