Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, Office based.
Full clean driving license required.

We’ve grown from a small business to leading ladder design specialists, crafting a wide range of unique ladders and garden accessories designed to keep customers safe on uneven terrain.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and report to the Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and writing content, monitoring SEO and managing the social media. This opportunity spans organising photoshoots in private gardens, to working at Chelsea Flower Show; it is an exciting role and time to join our company.

**Range of responsibilities**:

- Execute marketing strategies on and offline to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate and participate in consumer-facing events and trade shows
- Take ownership of data-driven marketing reporting for the senior management team
- Create literature for print
- Conduct market research to use insights to inform marketing campaigns.
- Supporting business needs

**About You**:

- Minimum 4 years of industry experience
- Either: qualified to degree level in Marketing or Communications; hold a relevant CIM qualification; or have equivalent work-based experience
- Agency background or 360 client-side experience
- Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of marketing principles
- Creative, analytical, with strong project management skills
- Team player who can collaborate across the company
- Experience in e-commerce/ B2C
- Creative problem solver with a positive attitude

**Desirable**
- Multilingual

- Familiar with Magento 2

**Important things to note**:

- For transparency, we outsource our PPC strategy so there will be no opportunity to develop in this area at Henchman.
- This role will require working away for events, minimum of 5 events per year.
- This is an office based role.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
