**£27,000 - £32,000 OTE depending on experience plus incentives program**

You will need a can-do attitude with an eagerness for self-development alongside previous experience within the IT Support Sector.

**Some of what you will be doing**:

- Inbound support request diagnosis and resolution:

- IT - all issues affecting workstations, servers, networks, data storage, etc.
- Connectivity - network and router optimisation
- Telephony - soft PBX configuration and maintenance
- Mobile - wholesale portal admin; mobile device management config/admin.
- Provide specialist support for 8x8 and Horizon telephony systems
- Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware
- Identify trends adversely affecting service quality and mitigate them as appropriate

**Ideally, your skills and experience will include**:

- IT Support minimum 3 years’ experience - essential
- VoIP Telephony system configuration and maintenance 3 years’ experience - essential
- Team player with a professional, friendly, can-do attitude - essential
