The Jane Austen Centre is seeking Ushers to meet and greet visitors, help manage visitor flow, and interact with visitors in our Exhibition.
- Be able to provide exemplary customer service and answer any questions you might be asked in a professional and appropriate manner
- Actively engage with visitors using props and touch points in the attraction
- Have flexibility with working weekends and weekdays
- Be an infectiously positive and an integral part of a larger team of actors, ushers, tour guides, Tea Room, retail staff and management

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £9.60 per hour
