An exciting opportunity for IT senior analysts and 2nd,3rd line support agents to join our client in Hartlebury and become the most needed help among all IT workers in the team.
IT senior analyst will be a primary contact of point for colleagues reporting issues and seeking advice.
**IT senior analyst's responsibilities**:

- IT Project planning, implementation, and support to meet delivery deadlines
- Administer and manage notebooks, desktops, servers, and infrastructure.
- Administer and manage telephony systems (both fixed line, data and mobile).
- Responsible for managing helpdesk priorities and meeting expectations while working to deadlines.
- Maintain supportive relationships with IT specialists
- Test and evaluate new technologies
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues

**IT senior analyst's responsibilities**:

- At least 5 years experience in IT Support/ IT helpdesk/ 2nd line/3rd line support
- Valid UK driving licence and UK passport
- Approachable and positive personality
- Fluent in Windows 10/11/MS teams
- Hyper V/ VMware
- Knowdledge Apple iOS & iPadOS
- Knowledge of LAN fundamentals - routers, switches, firewalls
- Experience of Active Directory / Group Policy / Exchange / SharePoint
- Experience of conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex / MS Teams / Skype
- Experience of working in an ITIL based environment
