If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you, working in a large SEND College in St Helens, at the vibrant and dynamic school 'Hub' specifically designed for autistic students aged 16-25.

Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant within our Hub, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our students through a range of hands-on activities. From woodwork to landscaping and construction, you'll be instrumental in creating an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to autistic students aged 16-25 within the Hub environment.
Utilize your skills-based background in plumbing, engineering, construction, woodwork, or landscaping to enrich the learning experience.
Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, empowering students to embrace challenges and strive for their best.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience working with young people or adults with a variety of SEND needs.
A skills-based background in plumbing, engineering, construction, woodwork, or landscaping.
Empathetic nature combined with the ability to motivate and engage students.
Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.

Working Hours: Full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
