**What we offer**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Complete EICR’s in commercial/Industrial properties. You'll need to have extensive experience on single and three-phase
- One of your key responsibilities will be to conduct electrical repairs and minor works at various commercial and industrial properties
- Be ready for flexible hours, which may mean occasional stays away from home and weekend work
- Administratively you’ll need to record all works undertaken to be completed in a timely manner. You’ll also liaise with the Helpdesk for planned and routine maintenance programmes and reporting procedures

**Experience required for the role**:

- You should have City & Guilds 2360, 2365 Level 3 or an equivalent to BS7671 18th edition
- While an NVQ 3 Level Apprenticeship is preferred, we can help with further training if needed after your probation period
- City and Guilds or equivalent 2391-2394-95
- It'd be great if you have current IPAF and PASMA certifications, but don't worry if you don't - we can help you get them. Ideally, you'd be ECS JIB registered too. An enhanced DBS disclosure will also be requested
