**The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Mirfield area. We are looking for multiple Production Operatives to join the team.**

**Hours**: 4 on/4 off (2 nights 5:30am-5:30pm/2 days 5:30pm-5:30am)

**Pay Rate**: £25,000

**Location**: Mirfield, WF14

**Job Type**: Permanent

**The role**:

- Following instructions to create APIs/Intermediates.
- Conducting sampling procedures.
- Meeting daily production targets through effective work.
- Aligning operational tasks and process performance with plant and business objectives.
- Executing shift handovers in accordance with site protocols.
- Employing troubleshooting abilities to rectify process deviations and issues.
- Engaging in Root Cause Investigations.
- Undertaking prompt response tasks as directed by the Immediate Response Leader.
- Leveraging process expertise to propose enhancements for plant efficiency.
- Upholding on-site cleanliness standards.
- Performing necessary safety inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of at least O-Levels/GCSEs, including Math and English, or an equivalent vocational credential.
- Desirable: Background in chemical operations or a degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
- Preferred but not obligatory: Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environments and cGMP.
- Fundamental proficiency in IT.
- Collaboration within a team setting.
- Intrinsic self-drive and capacity to work independently.
- Willingness to work unsupervised during 12-hour day, night, and weekend shifts based on a rotating schedule.
- Adaptable teamwork with troubleshooting adeptness.
- Proficiency in maintaining records.
- Attentiveness to detail.
