We are looking for a part-time experienced cook to join our team.

Here at Kings Court we pride ourselves on providing freshly homemade meals for our residents. Our menu is geared to meet the dietary requirements for all of our residents ensuring meals are provided to a high standard which are freshly prepared every day to ensure a balanced and nutritional diet. Therefore, we are looking for a cook who is experienced in cooking homemade traditional meals including pastry and cakes as well as meat roasts.

The cook is supported by a kitchen assistant who helps to prepare vegetables and supports with keeping the kitchen to a high clean standard. Hours are 28.5 hrs per week. This equates to 3 shifts from 07.30 - 17.00 The hours are on a rolling rota and includes working alternate weekends. You will also be required to cover annual leave when needed.

As cook, you will also prepare foods for residents who require soft diets and for those who are diabetic.
