Key tasks include: listening and responding to customer queries, logging customer snags onto our database, liaising with contractors and our internal teams to book customer work in a timely manner, coordinating customer care visits, diary management of our New Homes Technicians, and working closely with the Customer Care Managers.

Previous experience of working in a similar role working for a house builder is preferred. If you have a strong customer service ethos, enjoy problem analysis and working in a team environment, and have strong attention to detail we would also love to hear from you.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
