**About The Role**

You will have responsibility for the management and development of the regional (UK and Ireland) Salesforce (SFDC) customer database with a mission to improve quality and maximise value, both through sales and marketing interaction. You’ll be someone who brings a wealth of Salesforce knowledge and experience and can focus on driving continuous improvement within the organisation.

Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams, you’ll ensure that Hexagon Geosystems and its partners are able to maximise its SFDC insights; to improve analytics capabilities; help sales & marketing make better, faster and more data-driven decisions, promote good data practices to ensure data quality.

**About You**

You will have a track record of building data/analytics capabilities and experience with all facets of data including collection, management and aligning with digital marketing

**Your Knowledge and Experience**
- Salesforce knowledge and use, both from a user and administrative perspective
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator
- Ability to translate data and insights into powerful, compelling stories that bring customers to life
- Ability to investigate sales process with stakeholders and identify opportunities for modification, refinement and improvement
- Experience of creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards and managing data with a good understanding of segmentation and data selections
- Knowledge of lead generation and management of lead conversion processes
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
- Experience of using data and analytics to drive performance in a digital marketing environment
- A background in setting up marketing automation and system integration
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems (eg Pardot or Marketo)
- Excellent communication, organisation, presentation & analytical skills with solid business acumen
