**Stock Controller/ Warehouse Administrator - Job Vacancy**

**Sleaford Depot. Monday - Friday, 3.30pm-12.00am**

A new vacancy has arisen for a Stock Controller / Warehouse Administrator.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, your mission is to effectively support with the movement of stock in and out of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the stock for several of our key customers and liaising with them directly. It is imperative that you have excellent customer service and communication skills for this role as well as being prepared to be ‘hands on’.

This role suits someone that has had previous stock control experience that wants to develop their career into a customer service role or vice versa, someone with customer service experience that wants to develop their career and gain some hands-on experience in a warehouse environment.

**Key aspects of the role include**:
Accurate receipting of deliveries, ensuring that goods received are quality checked and correspond with the appropriate documentation as well as maintaining the computerised inventory system accurately.

Accurate picking of stocks.

Accurate despatch of customer stock, producing despatch notes and confirming directly with the customer.

Liaising with the transport department to ensure inbounds and despatches are achieving the customers expectations.

Develop and maintain expert standards of product knowledge.

Carrying out stock checks as required

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be highly organised, structured, and flexible
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines whilst keeping a calm, level-headed approach
- Strong IT skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and WMS systems.
