To contribute to the provision of healthcare provided by Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. To ensure that a comprehensive patient centred service is provide on a day to day basis within the health records department of Maesteg Community Hospital.

The Health Records / Administration Supervisor will work as part of the team ensuring the smooth, efficient organisation of the Health Records department reporting any concerns or progress to line manager.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Records Supervisor to join the Health Records Department of Maesteg Community Hospital ensuring the deliver of a comprehensive patient centered service on a day to day basis.

The Health Records / Administration Supervisor will work as part of the team ensuring the smooth, efficient organisation of the Health Records Department.

The post holder will be responsible for
- Reception desk
- Appointment booking - new and follow up
- Clinic Preparation
- Library Service

This will be complimented by a full range of administrative duties provided by the post holder, ensuring that timely communication is undertaken to allow patients to experience a smooth journey within the health care setting at all times.
