**The Role**

The Market Insight Manager will provide a holistic view of market, competitor, and consumer insight to guide P&O Cruises and Cunard commercial stakeholders to make better sales and marketing decisions. Using your research and data knowledge, you will proactivelyidentify potential opportunities and threats within the holiday market, and effectively land this insight in the business.
- A focus on macro market, holiday and consumer trends
- Competitor analysis and reporting
- Delivering compelling insights to drive commercial value for P&O Cruises and Cunard
- Creation of engaging and effective data visualisations

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK 08 and is offered on a full-time permanent basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

- Experience driving commercial value through consumer data analysis
